Can I Refund my Course Bundle?

As you enrolled into a course bundle, the percentage completed across both courses will be added together.

  • 0-25% of course completion = full refund of any payments made minus admin fee;

  • 26-50% of course completion = 50% refund of the total course cost;

  • 51-100% of course completion = 25% refund of the total course cost.

Re-enrolment Following Withdrawal (online courses only)

If a student withdraws from a course and later chooses to re-enrol, the following conditions apply:

  • If re-enrolment occurs within six months of the initial purchase date, the student’s previous course progress will be reinstated and any monies previously paid will be applied toward the same course. No additional administrative fee will apply.

  • If re-enrolment occurs more than six months after the initial purchase date, all previous payments will be forfeited, and the student will be required to pay the full course fee to enrol again. Previous course progress will not be reinstated.
