Can I Refund my In-Person Training?

To review our refund policy agreed to when signing up to the course, you can visit this link and scroll down to the In Person Teacher Training section. We have outlined the breakdown of our refund policy below. Please note that all fees mentioned are in AUD. Bank fees may be charged in your local currency.

In the event that a student withdraws or requests a transfer from their course, the following refund policy shall be enforced:

  • Withdrawal 30 days or more before course commencement: The student is entitled to a full refund of all fees paid, less a $375 administrative fee.

  • Withdrawal 29 days or less before course commencement: The student is entitled to a refund of all fees paid, less the non-refundable deposit of $1,075.

  • Withdrawal after course commencement: Once the course has commenced, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

  • Bank fees: Any bank fees incurred during money transfers are the sole responsibility of the enrolling student.
