Can I transfer from an In-Person Training to a different In-Person Training? 

We’re so sorry to hear you may need to withdraw from your upcoming in-person training — but we’re very happy to help you transfer to another course.

Please note: All fees are listed in AUD. Any bank fees charged in your local currency are the responsibility of the student.

In-Person Training Transfer Policy

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are assessed case-by-case, subject to course availability.

30+ Days Before Course Commencement

If you transfer 30 days or more prior to your course start date:

  • A $375 administration fee will be deducted from your current course payment.

  • All remaining funds will be applied to your new course.

29 Days or Less Before Course Commencement

If you transfer 29 days or less prior to your course start date:

  • Your $1075 non-refundable deposit is forfeited.

  • All remaining payments will be applied to your new course.

After Course Has Commenced

If you withdraw after the course has started:

  • The full course fee (or any monies paid) is non-transferable.

Students are responsible for:

  • Any price difference between courses - please note, we don't offer refunds for price course differences.

  • Any bank transfer fees incurred

Available transfer options will be confirmed based on current training schedule availability.
