Can I transfer from In-Person to Online Training? 

If you cannot attend your in-person training, you are welcome to transfer to an online course instead. 

You can review our full Course Transfer Policy here (please scroll down to the In Person transfer policy). We’ve summarised the key terms below for ease.

In-Person to Online Transfer Policy

30+ Days Before Course Commencement

  • A $375 administration fee applies.

  • All remaining payments will be applied to your online course.

29 Days or Less Before Course Commencement

  • The $1075 non-refundable deposit is forfeited.

  • All remaining payments will be applied to your online course.

After Course Has Commenced

  • All fees paid are non-transferable.

Important Notes

  • If transferring to a course of higher value, you are responsible for paying the difference.

  • If transferring to a course of lower value, no refund will be provided. Any remaining balance can be applied toward short courses.

  • Transfer approvals are subject to availability within our training schedule.
