How are assessment extensions processed?
Once you have had your extension timeline confirmed and payment has been made we will reach out to apply your extension to your training portal.
Please note that we’re unable to process extensions manually in our system. As a result, you will be automatically un enrolled from your online course on your original due date. On that same day, you’ll receive an email from us with a link to arrange your extension and make the payment.
