With a swirl of anticipation and excitement, one question often emerges for our aspiring trainers: "How do I complete my assessment with Barre Body?" Let's break it down, step by step.

1. Coursework First: Before anything else, immerse yourself in the diverse modules that make up our online course. Follow them in sequence to build a strong foundation.

2. Revisit, Review, Repeat: Online learning shines in its flexibility, allowing you to review material that may have seemed daunting at first glance. Whether it’s the intricacies of certain exercises, the depths of anatomy, or the art of weaving it all seamlessly, you have the freedom to loop back until everything clicks.

3. Dive into Practical Experience:

  • Participation (20 Hours): Feel the pulse of 20 hours of classes. Traditionally, we recommend experiencing these in a studio setting. However, given the closures due to the pandemic, online platforms like Barre Body Online or similar streaming studios are perfect alternatives.

  • Observation (20 Hours): Here, you shift from active participation to a keen observer. This isn’t about sweating it out; it's about soaking up the nuances. Notice how every instructor infuses their essence into the class, how they navigate modifications, and the art of their guidance.

  • Practical Teaching (10 Hours): Here's where you step into the spotlight. While ideally, this is done with a partner, the current stay-at-home era offers a unique twist: teach in front of a mirror! It's an introspective exercise, seeing your moves, catching your expressions, and refining as you go.

4. Log Those Hours: Keep a detailed record of your journey—those hours of participation, observation, and teaching. When the time comes, these logs will be part of your assessment submission.

5. The Final Leap - Your Teaching Assessment: This is where it all comes together. Craft a written plan for your class, detailing every beat, move, and breath. Then, step in front of the camera and breathe life into your plan. Once filmed, simply upload to platforms like YouTube or Vimeo and share the link with us.

Our team will then delve into your submission, offering invaluable feedback to hone your craft even further. And, fingers crossed, in roughly 14 days (sooner if you opt for our express review for a nominal fee), a certificate bearing your name could be on its way to you!

So there you have it, your pathway to becoming a certified Barre instructor with Barre Body, broken down and demystified. Dive in with passion, and we're here to guide you every step of the way.
