Studio Owners - instructor certificate access

Studios may have their own sponsorship or employment agreements in place with their instructors, and Barre Body is always happy to support these arrangements where we can.

As all students complete their training and assessments individually, their certification is issued in their own name to recognise the hard work they've put into achieving their qualification. Because of this, our standard process is to send certificates directly to the student upon successful completion of their training, regardless of who has funded the course.

If you'd prefer the certificate to be sent directly to your studio, we require a copy of a signed agreement between the studio and instructor that clearly authorises us to do so. This ensures we have the student's permission and that everyone is on the same page before the certificate is issued.

You're more than welcome to use this with your instructors, as it helps outline financial contributions, repayment arrangements and employment commitments to support your investment in their training.

Employment or financial arrangements remain between the studio and instructor, as Barre Body's sole purpose is to provide high-quality training and the subsequent certification.
